R20 000 lump sum

You can select a term from 5 to 15 years.

• You receive a regular income payment during the chosen investment term
• You have the opportunity to limit the impact of inflation on your income by choosing to let it increase at a rate of 1% to 10% per year

• You make a lump sum investment of at least R20 000.
• A fixed, regular income is paid to you throughout the investment term.
• You can choose to receive the income monthly or yearly.
• The amount of income you receive is calculated at the start of the policy.

You have access to your money in the form of fixed monthly income payments

You may apply to cash in the policy before the end of the term, up to a certain limited amount. This will attract a fee.

• The income payable to you is taxable at your personal tax rate
