Your Right to Access our Information

You have a right to see all our financial information by law

The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No 2 of 2000, gives you the right to see all the information we hold so you are able to exercise or protect your rights as our client.

How you can ask information from us

  1. We’ve put together a manual to help you access our information. The manual explains what you have to do when you ask for access to our records, in a quick and easy way.
  2. Read and complete the prescribed Information Access request form.
  3. We will ask you a fee when you request access to our records, so make sure you understand the fee structure.
